You can contact our customer support team at info@lumendiamonds.com and we’ll get a prepaid, fully insured shipping label over to you.

You’ll also receive details instructions on how to package the jewelry for a safe, smooth return. 

Kindly note that all jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition and paired with all grading certificates, packaging and paperwork issued. 

Orders that have been exchanged, re-sized, engraved, and custom pieces are not eligible for return and shall be considered a final sale.
